Unique Inclement Weather Income Protection

This will be available next year and will give the Franchisee up to 4 weeks inclement weather income protection during periods of prolonged Winter weather.

This has been designed to prevent the Franchisee suffering from a greatly reduced income due to severe Winter conditions.

This is a voluntary scheme and requires contributions from the Franchisee to pay into a fund. An average weekly income needs to be stated when joining the scheme as this will be your weekly payment when activated.

There will be an agreed limit on the fund (15 weeks) and once that limit has been reached no more payments will be required. If the Franchisee makes a claim during the Winter, contributions will start ASAP after the bad weather to get the fund back up to the required level.

Note: All the money in the fund belongs to the Franchisee (except for any costs incurred) and can be taken out at anytime.

The Franchisee would need to have been with EcoDrive at least 6 months prior to joining scheme.
